Week 2: Award ceremony

It's Award time, but the awards themselves are STILL not ready yet. Too much time spend watching games and playing Madden and not making awards. For shame!

Hypnotoad Award

For putting up the most points

The Hypnotoad Award is named for the Hypnotoad, renowned for mesmerising his enemies and compelling them to do his bidding.

Week 2 saw only two Coaches score over 100 points: Zim cracked it for the first time time but the big scorer was Breesus King of the Drews.

Breesus posted 114 points, flogging the General and looking like the team to beat, again.

Mission Accomplished

For leaving the most points on the bench in a losing side

The Mission Accomplished Award is named for the 2003 speech given by George W Bush announcing that the Iraq war was basically over and then sitting back and waiting for the kudos to come in. Instead of kudos, 11 years and now ISIS.

Congratulations to Doof for leaving 60 points on the bench in a losing side. Yay me!

Looking at the list on Sunday night I noted that Marshall was questionable due to an injury. Not wanting to post a 0 I swapped him out and did some major re-arranging: the first double-Tight End starters for the season. How did it end up? My key RB dislocated his elbow, Marshall played and did very well, Vereen was essentially benched by the fantasy-football hating coach of the Patriots, the Falcons suck and the Defence didnt bother. In other words, this is everyone's fault but mine!
